Position allotment

To start with, you all are being allotted a role that you all are required to play till the next two and a half months to follow. Nobody is being forced here and an assumption has been made that you all are here by choice. Based on the commitment of hours, it looks like the whole journey is going to be a cakewalk.(1 hour a day, 5 days a week is being assumed as the least count right now)

You all are being given two designations, mandatory in the initial phase. Those are:

1. Product visionary
2. Content writers

Other that the above broad ones, the specific tasks in this project that you shall handle are mentioned. Here are the positions you all have been put in charge of based on your interests and after studying your answers you submitted earlier.

Anchal	The toolsmith	Your task is to keep the team together. You have to act as a moderator and see that the team is always mended and works together. This resonates with your ambition to be an Indian army officer.

Shelley	Surgeon	This job demands pulling everything together. What Anchal does for the team, you do for the task at hand. You have to bring in the pieces from everywhere and make them stay together.
Shrishti and Bisht	Artists	You are required to make sure that when everything comes in, it looks good. You have all the discretion to make anything and everything attractive how-so-ever it suits you. You are the face of every product. The product will reflect your taste for style.
Sudanshu	Tester	This job requires a keen analysis. You have to study and understand the viability of the product at hand. Your job requires an inside-out analysis based on the past business models, the current trends, and then implementation of the product. So you are the tester.
Kriti	Analyst	Your task is to look out for the side of people that is young and ambitious. You are required to look at things from an alternative perspective of just beauty and elegance, so that people stay and love what they use, not for the product's quality but its aura. You are a flexible marketer and can try any experiment over the product.
Astha	Councellor	This is a tricky one. This job requires sharp insight into everything that is not good in the product. A critic will always point out the limitations of the product and offer solutions. Moreover, this job needs to be very understanding of the long-term consequences. You always have to be a step ahead of the team.

You are the managers who have to check out for the milestones, best technologies for the team, see if the team is doing the assigned tasks in an orderly fashion and make a report of the team in order to make the product clearer and mature every day.
